Meetings will be held in Westgate E201 at 6:30PM every Monday. Unless otherwise specified, meetings will consist of lectures, workshops, or help sessions for various design competitions. Lecture topics will include web programming, database design, website deployment, best website business practices, and graphic design techniques. The Website Development Club was created to provide Penn State students with the opportunities to learn about website development regardless of academic speciality. Website development is a vital skill that can be applied to many fields, and this club covers technical and non-technical aspects of website development that will help members stand out in the world of business, IT, and computer science.
The club is currently working on a website for the Penn State Music Group - a new student run organization that aims to provide a platform for students to share their music and collaborate with other artists.
